ASL Direct Inc., Adrian Leemhuis and Future Growth Funds
On April 22, 2008 the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") issued a Temporary Order in the matter of Adrian Samuel Leemhuis, Future Growth Group Inc., Future Growth Fund Limited, Future Growth Global Fund Limited, Future Growth Market Neutral Fund Limited, and Future Growth World Fund persuant to section 127(6) of the Securities Act. A further Cease Trade Order was issued by the OSC effective May 1, 2008 that prohibits trading in the securities including mutual funds and prohibits trading in the securities of Future Growth Funds, as listed in the Order.
