Annotated MFDA Rulebook: This annotated version of the MFDA Rulebook (“Annotated Rulebook”) links and sets out the relationship between related MFDA Rules and other relevant MFDA regulatory instruments (“Regulatory Instruments”).  This Annotated Rulebook has been developed to assist Members in more fully understanding the regulatory obligations to which they and their Approved Persons are subject. No error or omission in this Annotated Rulebook shall in any way lessen a Member’s responsibility to ensure that their conduct and the conduct of their Approved Persons complies with the obligations set forth in MFDA Rules and Regulatory Instruments.

Reproduction and Distribution: This Annotated Rulebook is provided to Members for use as a complete document.  Members may reproduce and distribute this Annotated Rulebook provided that any such reproduction and distribution: (i) is of the entire document; and (ii) includes a copy of this Disclaimer.

Third Party Claims Arising from Use of Annotated Rulebook: Any party that reproduces this Annotated Rulebook and distributes it to another party shall indemnify and save the MFDA harmless from any loss, damage or expense arising from any claim brought by any third party as a result of the use of the Annotated Rulebook by any person to whom a copy of the Annotated Rulebook has been provided.
